Refund policy

Returns and refunds will only be accepted on unopened skeins of yarn. Once the yarn is opened, it is no longer returnable. All returns must be shipped back at the cost of the buyer in order to receive a refund for the product.

if you would like to cancel your order before it has been shipped, a full refund will be issued.
